State of the States in Developmental Disabilities Project

The State of the States in Developmental Disabilities Project is funded in part by the Administration on Developmental Disabilities and administered by the University of Colorado. Longitudinal data for fiscal years 1977-2009 is included on the website. This information allows you to create a chart based on state-by state comparative data. State profiles include information on Federal spending dollars, spending by program setting and individual and family support spending.
