HADDONFIELD —
Five years ago, Santia Rey did not think her daughter Niesha would be able to
go to college.
“She
would always ask me and talk about college, but I really didn’t have answers
for her,” the Camden woman said of her daughter, who has developmental disabilities.
“I didn’t want to discourage her, but inside I didn’t think it could happen.”
But thanks to an innovative program,
